Returns Policy

Enjoy our Free Shipping. We use FedEx when we ship our items to you. Lighter weight items MAY be shipped via USPS.

Valid only on shipments to the lower 48 states.

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Our products are of the highest quality. We do not buy “B” stock. All products are personally inspected before leaving the warehouse.

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, you must call us within 7 days of delivery to make arrangements for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all returns. All returns are for store credit or exchange.

If you order a product and it is back-ordered, you will be notified within 3 days of placing your order. Your credit card is never charged until your order is actually shipped.

All orders are subject to a 24-hour delay while we verify your billing information with your credit card issuer. This may be necessary to protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft.

As a security precaution, some orders may require extended verification.

To make sure you get your gear as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result.

Please note: Your order must be delivered to an address served by FedEx. This guarantee excludes PO Boxes, as these destinations must ship by U.S. Postal Service.

Please call us for return instructions. All returns must be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument. Must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Should you decide to return your shipment, please follow the return steps given to you and pack your return carefully to prevent damage in shipment.
